Seven specialists. One promise.
Here is who shows up, and what each of them is actually there to do for you and your family.
01
Medical Director
The medical director owns the plan of care: what is being treated, what is being left alone, and why. Every change to medication or comfort goes through a physician who does this work every day.
If you want your own doctor to stay the attending physician, they can. The two work the case together.
02
Registered Nurse
Your nurse is the person you will know best, visiting on a schedule, reading the small changes before they become emergencies, and managing pain and symptoms as they shift.
Your 2 a.m. phone call gets answered by a nurse who knows your chart.
Not a call service reading from a script. Someone who can tell you whether what you are seeing is expected, and what to do about it.
03
Medication Review
Every medication is reviewed for comfort, for safety, and against everything else on the list. Interactions get caught before they cause a bad night.
Medicines that are no longer helping get stopped, so that nobody swallows eleven pills to treat a problem that is no longer the point.
05
Certified Hospice Aide
Bathing, hair, shaving, clean sheets, and dignity in the ordinary things. The aide is often the person who notices a sore spot or a change in appetite first.
For many families this is the visit that gives them a spouse or a daughter back, instead of a full-time caregiver.
06
Spiritual Counselor
Non-denominational, and genuinely so.
All faiths, and no faith. Your beliefs lead.
Our chaplain will pray with you, sit quietly with you, coordinate with your own clergy, or talk about anything but religion. Whichever one you need is the right one.
07
Complementary Therapists
Music, massage, and other comfort therapies, offered where they help. They often help most when medication has done all it can.
Availability varies by need and by area, so ask your nurse what is available.
Want to know who would be coming?
Call and ask. We will tell you which nurse covers your area and how visits usually run.

One call reaches a nurse, any hour of the day or night.
A nurse answers 24 hours a day. Online requests are coming soon. For anything about care, calling is fastest.
04
Social Worker
The social worker handles the parts that are not medical and still keep people awake: benefits, paperwork, advance directives, care conferences, and the disagreement between siblings about what Dad would have wanted.
They also sit with you when you need someone who is not related to you to hear it.
