Covenant Hospice Care serves families across the Phoenix metro who are facing serious illness. Care happens wherever home is: a house, an apartment, an assisted living suite, or a room in a skilled nursing facility.
The people who run Covenant have spent their careers in this work: at the bedside as nurses, in practice as physicians, and in the operating roles that keep large care organizations running. That experience sits behind every visit our team makes.

Leadership
Covenant Hospice Care is led by a team with decades of experience building and running care organizations. Day-to-day care in the Phoenix metro is directed by our clinical staff in Tempe.
A certified hospice and palliative nurse, with extensive experience in senior roles for development and operations in the healthcare service industry and value-based care platforms.
Physician executive and serial founder, with operating experience leading a national senior care platform and one of the country’s most successful ACOs.
Diverse executive experience as CFO, General Counsel and operations across multiple healthcare verticals, venture and private equity.
Two decades in healthcare operations and business development across the Phoenix market, with senior director and national roles at IPC Healthcare (TeamHealth) and operations leadership at GAPS Health.
Deep experience negotiating reimbursement rates, medical policies and value-based payment models.
